What we collect and why
Account data
Your e-mail address is required to create an account — we use passwordless magic-link login, so it is also your login credential. Optionally you can provide a name and billing details (company name, VAT ID, address) which we use for invoicing. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Revolut Bank UAB / Revolut Ltd (Revolut Business Merchant services). Your card number is entered directly into Revolut's PCI-compliant payment form and never touches our servers — we only store a masked reference (card brand and last four digits), your subscription status and your billing details, which we share with Revolut as our payment processor. See Revolut's privacy policy.
Service data
To provide the service we store your project configuration (domains, sitemaps, URLs) and the results of warm runs (request statistics such as HTTP status, cache status, response time and edge location). This is operational data about your websites, not about individual visitors.
Cookies
We set a single, strictly necessary session cookie after login. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner.
Website analytics
We use a lightweight, self-hosted, first-party analytics tool (served from
data.warmup.rocks) that records aggregate page statistics. No personal profiles are
built and no data is shared with advertising networks.
Transactional e-mail
We send login links, billing confirmations and service alerts (e.g. when your site blocks our
warmer) from mails.warmup.rocks. We do not send marketing e-mail without consent.
Hosting and infrastructure
Our servers are located in Switzerland. We use Cloudflare, Inc. as CDN and security layer in front of the website, which processes technical connection data (IP address, request metadata) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Retention
Account and project data are kept for as long as your account exists. Detailed run statistics are aggregated or deleted over time. Billing records are retained as long as commercial law requires. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data unless a legal retention duty applies.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact hello@warmup.rocks — we answer promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves; the current version is always published at this address.
